Aam Aadmi Party MLA from Rajinder Nagar Raghav Chadha on Saturday inaugurated the development work of gates and inner roads at Naraina’s Loha Mandi.
“The inner roads at Loha Mandi required serious redevelopment. In fact, for the last 25 years, this area in Loha Mandi was in shambles. I am happy that this will be resolved in three months and the residents will no longer face road-related problems now. In addition, the entry and exit gates are clear demarcations, which will add to the beautification of the area", Chadha said.
“The work related to the inner roads and the gates at the Loha Mandi, Naraina will be completed within three months. All I ask for is three more months, and the issues that residents of Loha Mandi have been facing with respect to the condition of the roads will cease to exist,” he said.
Addressing the residents, Chadha said, “While on the one hand, state governments are facing severe financial constraints across the country and funds for MLAs are being withheld. I want to assure every resident of my constituency that no development work will be stopped or halted here due to paucity of funds. It is my responsibility to raise necessary funds for the development of Rajinder Nagar and I will continue to do so.”
