A 25-year-old woman has filed an FIR against a spa owner for allegedly raping her after making her obscene MMS and threatening to circulate it at Noida Sector-20 Police Station on Monday night.
Police said the incident reportedly took place in December 2015. The accused identified as Rajeev Kumar, a resident of New Delhi, runs a spa centre in Jaipuria Plaza in Sector-26, Noida.
Police said the victim woman, who lives in Delhi, was working at the spa centre. She has alleged that the accused had raped her after luring to keep her on job and had made an obscene MMS of her.
She told police that he had raped her earlier in January 2015 and then forcibly raped her in December last year at the spa centre. She alleged that on Saturday last week, when she told him that she would complain to police, he started threatening her of circulating the MMS on internet.
He, however, expelled her later from the job out to fear.
ASP Gaurav Grover said that the woman has filed an FIR alleging rape in between January and December 2015 against the accused on Monday night.
“The woman has been sent for medical examination and report is awaited. Investigation is on and accused will be arrested soon,” the ASP said.
