Wholesale prices have seen a jump since last week, with several fruits and vegetables getting more expensive. Maximum wholesale sale price of potato, which was Rs 18 per kg on Saturday, rose to Rs 20 on Tuesday.
The price of onion was Rs 17.50 per kg on Tuesday, as against Rs 14.75 on Saturday, Cauliflower was Rs 17.50 as against Rs 16.25, lady’s finger was Rs 17.50 as compared to Rs 16 last week and brinjal stood at Rs 15.50 as against Rs 15 on Saturday.
