Slamming AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal over his party leader Kumar Vishwas’ defiance of the summons by Delhi Commission of Women (DCW), Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC) chief Sharmistha Mukherjee in a Press conference on Friday condemned the party leader’s conduct over the same issue. Mukherjee accused AAP chief of not obeying any judicial system or bodies and said, “He is not bothered about any system and it’s functioning and his party leaders are doing the same.”
Reprobating Vishwas’ conduct against DCW chairperson Barkha Singh, she said, “Forget about the summons by DCW, Vishwas could have put a lid on nasty comments tweeted about Barkha Singh in which he was tagged as well. Vishwas has ignored the summons and his supporters have resorted to trolling.” Criticising AAP’s misbehaviour towards governmental and judicial bodies, Mukherjee said, “Kejriwal and his Ministers are like white ant infestation eating away at democracy.”
