Coming down heavily on the Aam Aadmi Party, leader of Opposition in the Delhi legislative Assembly Vijender Gupta on Tuesday said the AAP is victimising BJP MlAs by targeting their residential and business premises.
Gupta said none of the three BJP MlAs has been spared. The residential premises of both Vijender Gupta at Binoba Kunj in Rohini and Jagdish Pradhan at Karawal Nagar and business premises of O.P. Sharma at Hanuman Mandir have been attacked by AAP workers. “It shows the frustration of AAP leadership,” he added.
AAP workers demonstrated at Gupta’s residence and 45 AAP workers forcefully entered his premises and kept on shouting objectionable slogans against him. FIR has been registered in Prashant Vihar Police Station invoking Sections - 34, 447 & 509 on 6th August, 2015.
“Police are looking out culprits. The action at Hanuman Temple was aimed at the business premises of O.P. Sharma and his family,” he said.
AAP MlA Alka lamba attacked the business premises of O.P. Sharma at old Hanuman Mandir near Kashmiri Gate. “The goondism of AAP MlA to the extent of vandalising the shop has been captured by the CC TV. The façade of action against drug addicts now stands exposed,” Gupta said.
leader of Opposition said the BJP cannot be cowed down by the cowardly acts of AAP workers. “The MlAs despite all challenges will continue to work in public interest,” he added.
