Vijender Gupta questions AAP's success claim

While presenting a “report card” on the completion of two years of Aam Adami Party (AAP) Government in Delhi, leader of Opposition in Delhi Assembly Vijender Gupta said the Delhi Government has failed to make a new law for the well being of Delhi public.

“This Government is not following the constitutional code of behaviour and hence failing to work for public. Current regime is failed to fill Delhi Government school vacancies for teachers, no single bed has been added to Government hospitals; how the Government is claiming of its success,” Gupta.

Gupta said that 40 per cent tenure of AAP Government has been completed. “In Mohalla sabha, there is no public participation whereas Kejriwal promised this during election campaigning,” he said.

“Functioning of Government dispensaries has been adversely effected. There is general decline in hospital management as the focus has shifted to Aam Adami Clinics as a political display item,” he said.

“The promise to regularise unauthorised colony within one year of coming to power still remain distant dream,” he added.

“AAP had promised to open 20 new degree colleges, three IITs and 5 polytechnics. This promise had not reached even drawing board stage,” he added.
