A delegation led by former Delhi BJP president Vijender Gupta with convener of All India BJP legal Cell Co-Convener Anil Soni and leader of the party met the Election Commissioner of India VS Sampath. They apprised him of non-action by Delhi Electoral Officer of our various complaints against Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).
After meeting, Gupta said after lending patience ear to their grievances, Sampath has assured that immediate action will be taken on illegal auto poster depicting BJP’s chief ministerial candidate Narendra Modi photos in bad taste. “He also assured that action will be taken against Rakhi Birla or wearing the national flag on her cap while campaigning as it is a corrupt practice,” he said.
