With the arrest of three people on Tuesday, the Delhi Police claimed to have busted a gang allegedly involved in robbery, human trafficking, cattle smuggling and also the murder of a police constable at South West Delhi’s Kapashera area around seven years ago.
The three accused identified as Salim (32), Azim (23) and Mushir (31), were wanted for several cases of robbery in East Delhi and had been evading the police for months, said Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime) Ravindra Yadav. On November 20, police received a tip-off about the trio and nabbed them from near Sarai Kale Khan ISBT.
