The Crime Branch of the Delhi Police on Sunday arrested the main accused in the State Selection Commission (SSC) paper leak case.
According to police, the main accused has been identified as Harpal Singh (33). Police said, “Harpal Singh is a upper division clerk in Trade and Tax department in Delhi Government since 2008. He is the mastermind and main organiser of computer-based cheating. He is the tenth person to be arrested in this case.” Police said that he was produced in court and has been remanded in police custody till May 9.
