Russian Covid-19 vaccine ‘Sputnik V’ will soon be available in the national Capital. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday said the makers of the jab have assured that they would send a consignment to Delhi after June 20. “We have been assured that after June 20 we will get some doses from the makers. The Sputnik vaccine is not being produced domestically so far. Right now they are importing the vaccine and will start manufacturing it in August. A part of the doses imported from Russia will be provided to Delhi. I believe that this is not the time to do politics. This is the time to help the States and fight corona together. This does not suit the Central Government. I appeal to the Central Government to realise that this is the time to fight corona, together as Team India,” he added.
