leader of Opposition Vijender Gupta on Sunday said if the Delhi Government and AAP Party had acted judiciously in Soni suicide case, she would have been alive today.
“She was not given justice by her party. She was told to compromise to get some position in the party. Now, the Delhi Police is doing its job but AAP is busy in abusing BJP. The anti-women face of AAP Party is clear to every commoner in Delhi. The Narela MlA Sharad Chauhan has been arrested with along with accomplices in Soni suicide. It shows political criminal nexus in AAP Party. It is shocking that instead of sacking Sharad Chauhan, AAP Party leaders are illogically defending their MlA and his accomplices. It is sheer frustration of AAP Party that they are blaming Narender Modiji,” said Gupta.
Also, Gupta said, “AAP Party which came into power protesting Nirbhaya case is doing nothing for the safety and security of the women in the city. AAP has made 70 big promises in their manifesto before Assembly elections where women security and women dignity were the main issues. The mahila commando force that was promised by the AAP with CCTV cameras all over the national Capital has not seen the light of the day.”
