The Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) General Secretary Manjinder Singh Sirsa announced that the DSGMC will challenge the decision of the Delhi High Court on bail to Sajjan Kumar in case related to killing to three Sikhs of Janakpuri and Vikaspuri.
Reacting on the decision of the High Court on a plea by Special Investigation Team (SIT) to cancel the anticipatory bail of Sajjan Kumar in this case, Sirsa said , " The decision of the High Court to dismiss the plea of the SIT has come as a shocker for the sikh community which was expecting the cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted by trial court."
He said, "Accused Sajjan Kumar is highly influential leader who has succeeded in ditching the investigation agencies for the last 34 years as such he should be arrested immediately and his custodial interrogation is required to establish his guilt in the 1984 sikh massacre."
