In a bid to get feedback about services notified under the time-bound service delivery law (Service level Agreement-SlA)), the Delhi Government is planning to approach residents’ welfare associations. Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit has called a high-level meeting with secretaries and principal secretaries of departments to review e-SlA.
There are 116 services of Delhi Government under e-SlA and maximum numbers of service are from revenue and transport department. Strangely, despite large number of applications pending before various departments, not a single Delhiite approached till date for imposing penalty for delay in services.
