Several schools were found disobeying the Delhi Government directions of setting up flex boards displaying the name and details of the Education Officer for grievance redressal.
“It has been brought to the notice of the Education Minister that the notice board for grievance redressal which were to be placed by private schools are either not being installed or are not in the prescribed format,” said the a letter to the Directorate of Education (DoE) written by Education Minister Manish Sisodia. A total 629 schools have not complied with order. The letter fixed the deadline of Tuesday night for the schools to rectify the errors and demanded a report from the DoE on the same.
