Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and Rajya Sabha member Sanjay Singh on Thursday alleged that the BJP and the Delhi Police have conspired against his party legislators.
He said that Delhi Police acts against the AAP MlAs at the behest of BJP but all the allegations against AAP are “shattered in the court”.
“In the latest case, allegations against father of party MlA Rakhi Birla have been shattered in the court and he has been acquitted of all charges,” said Sanjay Singh.
He further said 15 MlAs of AAP have been dragged into false cases by the Delhi Police with the sheer intention of harassing them. “All the allegations are being proved wrong one by one in the court,” said Singh.
He also said that rape case against Rakhi’s father was registered by a woman under pressure from BJP leaders, NGO and the Delhi Police.
“The BJP has used the police to malign the image of AAP but we have full faith in the judiciary of this country and our faith stands true as we have got justice from the court.
All allegations against my father were proved to be false as they were labelled as a part of conspiracy against AAP,” said Rakhi Birla.
