The Delhi Police within 15 hours solved a case of robbery of Rs 75.50 lakhs and arrested a duo. Police also recovered the amount along with a motorcycle used in the crime, in southwest Delhi's Delhi Cantonment area.
On April 16 at around 7:30 pm, the complainant, Anuj Jain informed police that while he was going to deliver payment of Rs 75,50,000 to a client as per order of his employer, four men in a car intercepted his motorcycle and took away the bag of cash at gun point, said the police official.
"During the investigation, we traced Anuj's Call Detail Records. However, we found that his cell phone location was showing to be in Dhaula Kuan. When we confronted him, he kept changing his statements," said a senior police official.
