The Meteorological (MeT) department has predicted overcast skies along with the possibility of intermittent rain for Tuesday.
On Monday light rain was witnessed in several parts of the national Capital turning the weather pleasant, with the maximum temperature settling at 30.1 degrees Celsius i.e. four notches below the normal.
The minimum temperature was recorded at 26.6 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the year, said a Meteorological (MeT) Department official.
The city received 2.7 mm rainfall till 8.30 am after which it recorded 1.1 mm rains till 5.30 PM.While the humidity levels oscillated between 98 and 78 per cent.
"The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover at 30 and 26 degrees Celsius respectively," the weatherman said.
