Nominations of the BJP’s four candidates is at risk due to filing of incomplete registration forms with Delhi State Election Commission. Although there is no confirmation about the cancellation of their nomination papers from poll body but sources in Delhi BJP said that its nominees from Abu Fazal Enclave, Baprola, Vinod Nagar and Kishanganj are in trouble.

When asked about the development, Delhi State BJP president Manoj Tiwari said that the reason behind this decision might be the technical glitches while filling the papers by the candidates. “They had very less time for filing their papers. This might be due to some discrepancy in filling of the forms,” Tiwari said.

Meanwhile, the Delhi BJP launched a programme to expose the AAP-led Government and has installed a white board at the party office. As a part of this campaign, BJP vice-president Rajiv Babbar wrote a quote highlighting the misuse of public money in the defamation case by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.

“The purpose of writing on the board is to give a talking point to the thousands of party workers who come to the office everyday along with raising it in the social media,” said Babbar.
