Noida MlA Pankaj Singh met the family members of five-year-old girl who was raped and murdered. After meeting the family members, he spoke to Chief Minister Aditya Nath Yogi and sought financial help to the family.
“The accused Afroz has not been arrested yet. Ghaziabad Police has conducted several raids in Khagaria district of Bihar”, said SP City Salman Taj Patil. In the meantime postmortem report confirmed that the child was raped before being killed. Three people including the father, brother and one Alam were detained and a team was sent to Khagaria but till now the team has yet not updated any arrest added the SP City. "This is a serious incident we will arrest the culprit who is a drug addict and is still evading the police" Patil said.
Tension has prevailed in Indirapuram after the dead body of a five-year-old girl was found on Friday night with marks of brutal rape and murder.
The residents said they were angry over police apathy which could not trace the abducted child despite timely information.
