Noida administration has planned an elaborate security arrangement for the visit of Prime Minster Narendra Modi on December 31. The Prime Minister will visit Noida to lay the foundation stone of the NH-24’s widening project.
Officials involved in the security of the Prime Minister inspected the ground where the function will take place and held a meeting with the senior officials to discuss all the aspects of security arrangements. Around one lakh people are expected to attend the event.
The security and traffic plan has been finalised by Noida police ahead of the PM visit. According to a senior police official, 5,000 policemen including Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC), Rapid Action Force (RAF) and CISF personnel will be deployed to avoid any untoward incident. “Six senior IPS officers, 12 Additional SPs and 30 DSPs, will hold the charge of the entire security and traffic arrangements around in and around the ground area,” said SP Dinesh Yadav.
