National Green Tribunal (NGT) has issued a strict warning to Haryana Government and District administration in the matter of illegally sold out open space area in Sushant lok phase-III in Sector-57 by the private builder.

Sushant lok phase-3 had been built up by the Ansal builder. They built up Phase-III on around 200-acre land. But as per the clause under 4(1) of Haryana development and regulation of urban areas rules of 1976, they had to spare around 45% area for open space which includes a park, road, parking, community centre.
