A 20-year-old man was stabbed to death by three juveniles who claimed he was the neighbourhood bully. The incident took place late on Sunday night in South-East Delhi’s Jaitpur area. The dead has been identified as Shivam.
According to police, the incident took place around 10 pm. A PCR call about a quarrel was received in the area. Shivam had minor disputes with a few juveniles and the locals in the area.
On the fateful day, the victim had asked the juvenile boys to get him a cigarette. When the boys refused, he told them not to play near his house.
Pledging to teach him a lesson, the three juveniles stabbed him with a kitchen knife. The locals were swift in catching hold of the accused boys and handing them over to police.
“The three juveniles were produced before the Juvenile Justice Board and sent to a correction home. A case of murder has been registered at Jaitpur police station,” informed a police official.
