A 26-year-old ex-BPO employee fell to death in mysterious circumstances from the third floor of a residential complex in South-West Delhi’s Dwarka. The victim was naked when he fell off from the terrace of the flat, said sources.
The incident took place Sunday evening when Saurabh Ghai, a resident of Uttam Nagar had come to meet Amit Puri at his residence in Dwarka Sector 16-B. Sources said that was their first meeting after befriending on Facebook, two weeks ago.
Police said, Ghai reached Puri’s residence, where he lived alone on rented accommodation, on Sunday afternoon.
During the meet, Puri brought some liquor and insisted Ghai to have some drinks. Ghai told police that he was doing some work in another room when he heard a loud thud from his balcony. When he came out, found Ghai lying on the ground. He rushed to down stairs and called up the police. Ghai was taken to the hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
