A 56 year-old woman Umlesh and her 29-year-old son Ashok were found dead at their house in northeast Delhi’ Karawal Nagar on Thursday morning. Police said that primary investigation suggests that it was a murder and police teams are scanning CCTV camera in the area to identify the accused and to know the crime sequence. According to a senior police official, a police control room call was received at 8 AM regarding the duo following which a police team was dispatched for the spot.“When the team reached the spot, body of the woman was found lying on the floor and blood was still oozing from her nose whereas her son’s body was lying on the bed in the same room and froth was oozing from his nose,” said the senior police official.
