AAP leaders Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh and party spokersperson Saurabh Bhardwaj on Sunday hit out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi over alleged misuse of the federal agencies like CBI which, they said has issued a lookout notice against Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia.
Addressing a Press conference, Singh said that this Look Out Circular will cause PM Modi to get All Out in 2024. He said Modi has shown his cowardice by issuing a lookout circular against Manish Sisodia. “Modi is doing nautanki because the CBI failed to find anything in its raid,” he added.
“Arvind Kejriwal and Sisodia will never get scared because of your threats. Modi has issued this look out circular after getting frightened by the increasing popularity of Kejriwal. BJP should not be under any misconception, Sisodia is neither going anywhere nor is he going to run anywhere,” said Singh.

Singh further alleged that Nirav Modi, Mehul Choksi, Vijay Mallya, Lalit Modi, Nitin Sandesara ran away after looting thousands of crores, Modi Government never issued look out circulars against them.
He further stated that look out circular issued against such an education minister, who got AC rooms, swimming pools, hockey grounds developed in government schools to give good education to poor children. “…the agencies issue look out notice for an absconding accused. Sisodia was available with the CBI officials who raided his house for over 14 hours (on Friday). Manish Sisodia is not someone who will run away. He is a fighter. He is ready to go anywhere the Centre wants him to be present (for investigation),” Bhardwaj said while addressing at another press conference.
Bharadwaj claimed that AAP leaders are not afraid. “900 CBI officials conducted raids at over 30 locations but they found nothing. Now they have stooped to the level where a look out notice is being issued. It is a very cheap drama.
The international community might be laughing at the country where unemployment, inflation and other issues have hit the common man and instead of finding a solution to these problems, the PM is fighting with all the states,” he added.
During Press conference, Bharadwaj played a video recording of Modi, who as Gujarat Chief Minister had flagged misuse of CBI by the then Central Government to trouble BJP Ministers in Gujarat and sought an end to the use of CBI for political purposes. Bharadwaj claimed that now the CBI was being misused by the BJP-led Government against the AAP for political purposes. “The PM is picking fights with every State Government. A wrong message is getting conveyed that India is fiddled with problems and yet the PM is putting all the possible trouble in the working of every State Government. He is on a spree to send people to prison one after the other. This is the mentality of the Prime Minister,” said Bhardwaj. “I have been observing for the past one week that BJP spokesperson, some of whom are MPs, MLAs, Councillors and Ministers, are giving certificates to CBI in such a manner that if CBI has registered a case, an FIR, it means that these are most corrupt people in world. CBI has turned into Raja Harishchandra for the BJP. I am showing a video of the Prime Minister’s view on CBI when he was in the opposition,” said Bhardwaj.
