A 25-year-old woman, who was under scanner for being a part of a prostitution racket along with a MCOCA accused, alleged that she was drugged and gangraped by four persons in a moving car in south-east Delhi’s Nehru Place area late on Tuesday night. Police have registered a case of rape and are now questioning two of the accused men named by her.

According to sources, the incident took place in the intervening night on Tuesday. The incident was discovered by an auto-rickshaw driver who saw a woman in a disheveled state near the Nehru Place flyover.

A PCR call was made around 1:30 am and a police team rushed to the spot. The victim was rushed to AIIMS Trauma Centre. A medical examination of the girl confirmed rape. The victim told the police that she resides with her live-in partner in East Delhi area.

On Tuesday night her partner offered to take her for a drive. When she went to sit in the car she saw two his friends inside as well. They made her have a drink laced with sedatives and then allegedly gang-raped her while they maneuvered the car in the Capital. The woman alleged that two of them raped her while the third man kept driving the car. The cops claimed that the woman showed inconsistency in her statement. The accused men on the other hand are claiming that they had an argument over a payment of Rs 20,000.

Surprisingly her so called associate whom she was linked with was out on parole and had alleged a case of gang-rape a few days back. The case was registered at Hauz Khas Police station.
