A two-year-old girl was allegedly murdered by a rickshaw puller, who hit her head against the floor of a temple in West Delhi's Ranhola area on Monday, claiming that the child was possessed by spirits.
The accused, identified as Amit Kumar (28) allegedly kidnapped the girl from her home around 11.15 am on Monday and took her to a temple 100 metres from her home where he allegedly hit her against the floor injuring her grievously, said a senior police officer.
