The body of a person belonging to National Justice Council (NJC) a Non Government Organisation (NGO) having its office on Barakhamba road New Delhi was found in his car in Indirapuram area of Ghaziabad.
Additional SP Ravi Kumar, looking after Indirapuram area as circle officer, said, “We received information at 6:30 pm on Sunday. The caller told us that a man appears to be sleeping in a swift car parked in Shakti khand Indirapuram since Saturday midnight. When police reached and knocked the car there was no response. Then the car was unlocked and police found that the man was dead”.
During search, an identity card was found which was issued by the NGO known as NJC. According to the card he was the chief revenue officer of the organisation. His name was mentioned as Anupam Dutt. No injury mark was found on his body. The local guard of the building told us that in the area his friend runs a liquor de-addiction center. He came to meet his around midnight on Saturday.
