Delhi Congress president Arvinder Singh lovely on Sunday demanded to make public Commission of Inquiry report which indicted former law Minister Somnath Bharti in his controversial midnight raid at Khirki Extension on Jan 15-16.
Addressing its second Pol Khol Abhiyan at Bhogal on Sunday, lovely stated that retired judge Bl Garg report be made public. lovely has also demanded arrest of Bharti on the basis of Inquiry report. Congress leaders took out a padyatra at Central Market in lajpat Nagar. lambasting Kejriwal, Delhi Congress president said former Delhi CM was “shielding” Bharti. “Bharti has been found guilty in the judicial inquiry into the midnight raid. After this report, Kejriwal should apologise to the country. We also demand termination of Bharti’s membership by the Speaker,” he said. “Why Kejriwal, who has been demanding action should be taken against those MPs and MlAs found guilty, silent on the Justice Garg report,” he asked.
