In the opening lines of the letter written by him, Aakash Kumar says, he “demands an apology and men are not wrong all the time.” In the letter, he has clearly mentioned that Roshni and he shared was certainly more than friendship.
Sources said the letter is written in English and Hindi and that Aakash confessed there that he wanted to kill her. “He has written that he used to tell her everything and expected the same from the girl too. He had problems that she did not tell him about her personal things related to her sister,” said a police official.
It may also be revealed that the two started growing distant around five to six months back. He also mentioned in the letter that Ros-
hni would often nag him for being so studious.
Police officials said the letter also revealed that the two used to hang out most of the time in the campus except for the time they had to return to their respective hostels.
