A 40-year-old lawyer of High Court was arrested on the charges of raping and making an MMS of the shameful act after taking her a minor girl to a hill station, police said on Thursday. The accused was arrested from Ghaziabad’s Vaishali on Wednesday. According to police, the victim had lodged a complaint with Kotwali Police in Delhi in February. She told police that the accused had taken her to Nainital, where he forced himself on her several times in a hotel room and also recorded the act on his mobile phone. The girl also told police she was earlier forced into a prostitution racket in outer Delhi. Following her complaint, police had arrested three persons including a woman in December last year.
