Senior BJP leaders and a large number of workers led by state BJP president Adesh Gupta on Saturday staged a protest near the state assembly against Delhi Chief Minister for allegedly making fun of Kashmiri Pandits in the Assembly.
The BJP leaders also observed a silence while remembering carnage against Kashmiri Pandits. Addressing the gathering, Adesh Gupta said that Kejriwal who made fun of Hindus and Kashmiri Pandits in the Assembly will meet the same fate as happened with Congress, Lalu, Mulayam.
Gupta said, “This is not the first time when Kejriwal's anti Hindus mentality has come to fore. He opposed the CAA, raising questions on Ram temple, sheltering Delhi riots kingpins Tahir Husain and Amantullah, supporting tukde tukde gang, demolishing old Hanuman temple in Chandni chowk, or giving salaries to maulvis. All this shows he has worked for a particular community.”
BJP national secretary and Delhi co incharge Dr Alka Gurjar said Kejriwal has always attacked Sanatan dharma which is shameful. He said someone hurting the Sanatan dharma which believes in sarva dharma sadbhavana can never be pardoned.
Talking about Kejriwal remarks on uploading The Kashmir Files on YouTube, Gandhi smriti vice chairman Vijay Goel said that Kejriwal has made 21 movies tax free in past seven years but he is making fun of such a serious issue.
Former Union Health Minister and MP Dr Harshwardhan said the kind of language being used by Kejriwal for Hindus shows his mental bankruptcy. “The development that took place in Jammu and Kashmir in the past seven years has not happened in 60 years since independence,” he said.
