A fresh case has been registered against fake judge Ashish Sen and his friend for allegedly threatening his ex-wife on Wednesday evening at MGF mall. Police had earlier registered multiple cases against him on charges of fraud and the accused was under trial in those cases.

A police official said a FIR was lodged at the Sector-29 police station after Sen’s ex-wife alleged that he and his friend Rajan came to her shop at MGF mall located on Mehrauli-Gurugram road on Wednesday and threatened her in front of her staff.

The duo demanded that she should withdraw the case which she had filed against Sen. When she informed the police both the accused ran away from the spot.

“I was married to Ashish four year ago and that time he introduced himself as a judge and claimed that he had relations with politicians. Around 15 different cases have been registered against him on charges of fraud. He used to threaten me when he was lodged in jail,” the woman said in her complaint.

“Sen was in jail since one a half year and came out on Wednesday and threatened the victim to withdraw her case. The accused has not been arrested yet. Further probe is underway and he will be arrested soon,” said Vikas Kaushik, Station House Officer (SHO) of the Sector-29 police station.

Sen was first arrested in August 2014 for allegedly cheating people of crores of rupees on the pretext of getting them HUDA plots and even blackmailing women, after befriending them and then clicking objectionable photos of them, by posing as a judge for almost four years.
