The donor will have to enter the required details in all the fields and submit the form," said Biswal.

Similarly, for plasma seekers, on choosing the field “I am a Plasma Recipient (Patient/caretaker)”- a form containing the required fields like Name of patient, Age, Gender, Mobile number of patient, Name of caretaker, Name of hospital, Patient ID of Hospital, Location of Hospital, Blood Group, Doctor’s prescription will open. The seeker/recipient will have to enter details in all the fields and submit the form, he said.
