Delhi Public School Rohini organized its Annual Day, ‘Millet Moods: A Metaphor in Melody’ on Saturday, to celebrate the International Year of Millets, as recognized by the United Nations and Food & Agriculture Organization. The programme commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp to invoke the blessings of the Almighty. The Chief Guest for the occasion was B. K. Chaturvedi, Chairman, DPS Society. Namita Pradhan, Chairperson, DPS Rohini was the Guest of Honour. Special Guests were Sanjay Kumar, Secretary, Department of School Education & Literacy, and Dr Tarun Bajaj, Director, APEDA.
