With a vision to create a landmark for doctors and develop a medical hub in NCR area, the Indian Medical Association (IMA) has tied up with the Antriksh Group to provide exclusive residential towers in Noida for India’s top doctors. The complex, which will be known as Indian Medical Golf Towers, will have an ‘IMA House’, a modern convention centre.
After signing the deal, Antriksh Group managing director Rakesh Yadav said the deal is an opportunity for them to serve the doctors who have always worked for the welfare of community. He said, “The `300-crore project will be completed in two-and-a-half years. Under the terms of tie-up, the project will offer 275 units exclusively to doctors at a discount of `1,000 per sq ft from the current market rates on first-come-first-serve basis.”
IMA’s general secretary Dr Narendra Saini said that the complex will benefit many doctors who are staying in rented accommodations. It will also help develop a community of doctors. The IMA House will have a convention centre built on International standards and will have luxurious amenities, which can be enjoyed by doctors at Medical Golf Towers or by the invited guests of IMA, added Yadav.
