A 22-year-old software engineer was held by Noida police for initiating physical relationship with his colleague on the pretext of marriage on Sunday. According to police, an employee of HCl at Sector 58 has registered an FIR against her colleague, identified as Kshitiz Garg. In her complaint, the victim mentioned that Garg had promised to marry her but later reneged on his promise.
According to police, the victim first approached Delhi Police where a zero FIR registered and subsequently the case was transferred to Sector 58 police station in Noida. In the plaint, the aggrieved has mentioned both of them were employed with HCl in Sector 58. On a whirlwind romance, Garg had wanted to betrothe her. He initiated sexual relations with the woman but on September 4, he took her to a hotel where he revealed his true intentions. After receiving the complaint, Noida police arrested Garg. He is a software engineer who has done his BTech from a private institute in Jaipur.
