A doctor of a private hospital in Kaushambi area on Monday filed a complaint that a person along with his aides, who claimed himself to be an MlA of the area, thrashed him in his hospital. Station Officer of Indirapuram police station Hari Dayal Yadav said police is probing the veracity of the allegations of doctor.
After investigations, if the allegations warrant, an FIR will be lodged under appropriate Sections of IPC, Yadav said. Meanwhile, BSP MlA of Sahibabad constituency Amarpal Sharma denied thrashing any attending doctor at Kaushambi Hospital on Sunday night, adding, it is all a part of a conspiracy to malign his image. last night a speeding car had rammed into heavily crowded Sunday Market at Khoda Colony, in which nine persons were hit severely. One of the injured woman succumbed to her injuries. Sharma had visited the injured at the hospital.
The MlA said Dr Naresh Gupta of Kaushambi Hospital was not attending to the injured properly and some of the attendants of the injured grappled with Dr Gupta. His name is being unnecessarily implicated in the case.
