At 99.44 per cent the Covid recovery rate of Gurugram has scored first-place among 14 State capitals and four Union Territories.
Gurugram’s recovery rate is far better than the national average of 97.1 per cent, according to the Government Covid-19 portal. District Deputy Commissioner of Gurugram, Yash Garg said this was possible with great efforts of the district health department which adopt several tactics to prevent Covid infection in Gurugram. Garg informed that the recovery rate of the capitals of 14 major States of the country was measured. “Gurugram recovery rate stood at 99.44% with the first position. Bhopal with 99.13 percent on second position and Jaipur, with 98.33 per cent, is at third place,” Garg said.
