The Delhi Police has registered an FIR against Aam Aadmi Party MlA Sahiram Pehalwan from Tughlaqabad for allegedly beating up and threatening a man in Okhla on Monday.
According to police, the complainant Yogendra Bhiduri said the MlA on Sunday midnight in a drunk state scolded the superviser of his building for constructing the road infront of his house.
Yogendra registered complaint regarding the incident at Okhla police station on Monday. later in the afternoon, MlA Sahiram Pehalwan along with two others beat him (Yogendra) and his relative and also threatened them, police said. Further investigations are on.
