In a bid to resolve the issues faced by flat buyers, the Noida authority on Wednesday conducted a meeting with 35 prominent developers and directed them to form grievance cells in each of their housing projects to address buyers’ issues properly.
The builders have also been directed with the issues of construction and compilation, dues clearance, in order to get occupation certificates.
All developers were the members from the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI).
Chief Executive Officer of Noida Authority, Rama Raman, told builders that most of the buyers, who are affected, are continuously approaching the authority to complaint against them. But the problem can only be solved by the builder.
CEO directed the developers to form grievance cells for each project where buyers will complaint and the developers will have to solve their problems. The developer will also repot to the authority.
