lieutenant-Governor Anil Baijal on Thursday reviewed Delhi Police proposed technology-enabled kiosks.
Some of the salient features of these proposed technology-enabled kiosks include complaint registration; capturing biometric, aadhar card, mobile phone, graphic user interface; speech to text and text to speech facility, natural language processing; reinforcement learning and self learning; acknowledgement and copy of the complaint issued, etc, a release issued from the l-G office stated.The release also stated that the Delhi Police made a detailed presentation about establishment of citizen-friendly kiosks for provision of services. It was further informed to l-G that the kiosks could help in providing various citizen-centric services like senior citizen registration, Himmat Plus registration; domestic help and tenant verification; police clearance certificate; character verification reports; applications for license; e-FIR; lost & found reporting and missing children.
