With the scorching sun, tempers of the Delhiites are also flying. In yet another incident of road rage in the national Capital, a 28-year-old man was brutally beaten up by four unidentified men after his motorcycle accidentally touched an i10 car in Northwest Delhi’s Bhalswa Dairy area on Wednesday night. The incident comes two days after a 53-year-old driver of a DTC bus was brutally beaten up by three unidentified men after the DTC bus touched the Innova car in Outer Delhi’s Mundka area on Monday morning.
On Wednesday, 28-year-old Haseen Khan, who works as a barber in the A-block of Jahangirpuri area was returning home with his 50-year-old mother Zulekha and three year old son Harsh. The family lives in Rajiv Nagar area.
The incident took place near Gurjar Chowk when a speeding i10 car allegedly hit Haseen Khan’s motorcycle. Four men came of the car and started hurling abuses at Haseen Khan. Within no time, they started beating Khan and even left Khan’s mother and son injured. In the scuffle, the four men slit Khan’s throat, leaving him injured.
As per the written complaint, Khan claimed that he somehow managed to call his father, Gayur Aalam. In a bid to save his son, Gayur Aalam went to the place of incident.
When Gayur Alam reached the spot, the four men ganged up and started beating, punching and hitting him with an iron rod. This caused severe injuries on both his legs.
After beating Khan and his father, the accused fled from the spot.
Following which, Khan made a call to the Police Control Room and a team of Bhalswa Dairy reached the spot and took the father son due to a nearby hospital.
While Haseen Khan sustained injuries on his throat and after due course of treatment, he was discharged from the hospital. Father of Haseen Khan, Gayur Aalam continues to undergo treatment at the Ram Manohar lohia hospital.
Police said that they have registered a case under unknown persons at the Bhalswa Dairy police station.
