The Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) has decided to start night bus service between Kamruddin Nagar and Anand Vihar Terminal from November 6. Currently, DTC is operating bus service on the same route (Route No. 236) in the general shift.
“Now for the convenience of the commuters, night bus service on this route is also being started… This night service will be operated via Nangloi, Peera Garhi, Panjabi Bagh, Zakhira flyover, Sarai rohila, ISBT Kashmeri Gate, Seelampur, Shahdara flyover and Shahdara Boarder,” said RS Minhas, Deputy Chief General Manager (PR).
The night service buses will run from Kamruddin Nagar between 10.10 pm to 12.40 am, and from Anand Vihar Terminal between 10 pm to 2.50 am.
DTC is already operating 25 night service buses throughout Delhi and thus it will be 26th night bus service being introduced by the DTC, said Minhas.
