According to Skymet Weather, a fresh Western Disturbance is likely to approach the Western Himalayas. "This system will start affecting the northern plains including Delhi and National Capital Region (NCR) by March 7 evening," mentioned Skymet meteorological scientist on website.

"However the light rain and thundershowers are likely to start from March 8 in Delhi. And the intensity of rains can be increased by evening March 9," the scientist further added.

City people can expect good rain thunder showers on March 10 and 11. "These rainy spells are expected to reduce both day and night temperatures.
