An on duty Delhi Police Sub Inspector (SI) allegedly shot himself on Friday with his service pistol on the terrace of Pandav Nagar police station in east Delhi. He was immediately taken to near by hospital where he was declared dead.The deceased has been identified as 31 year-old Rahul Singh who is a resident of Agra district in UP and was posted at Pandav Nagar police station which falls under the jurisdiction of east district of Delhi Police. According to a senior police official, Singh was on duty in Pandav Nagar police station and allegedly shot himself on Friday after going to the terrace of the police station.
