The Delhi High court on Monday ordered to delete four questions from the DJS (Delhi Judicial Services) Examination 2015 question paper as they were ambiguous in nature and came in the dock after a writ petition was filed by the candidates who appeared for the exam.
The Delhi High Court Registrar will now decide fresh dates of examination and marks of the candidates will be evaluated in view of the aforesaid deletions.
The High Court order came after it postponed the DJS Examination last week after the order of two petitions challenging the answer key was reserved by a Bench of justices Sanjiv Khanna and Najmi Waziri.
The main (written) examinations of DJS 2015 were scheduled to be held on
May 14 and 15.
Two petitions were filed by some of the candidates, challenging two to three questions in the preliminary examination which were ambiguous in nature. One of the petitioners who sat in the exam secured two marks lesser than the cut-off limit for the main exam. Around 5,000-6,000 candidates sit for the DJS exam from across the country.
