The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has opened a fresh housing opportunity for middle-income buyers, offering flats in Loknayakpuram, Jahangirpuri and Narela under its DDA Khushhaal Pariwaar Yojana 2026. Registration begins on November 6, while bookings will open on November 16. Tentative prices range from around Rs 67 lakh to Rs 1.19 crore, depending on location and flat size.
According to the detailed annexure attached to the DDA circular dated November 3, the scheme offers 445 Middle Income Group (MIG) flats across the three locations.
Narela accounts for the largest share, with 296 flats in Pockets 1B and 1C of Sector A1-A4. Loknayakpuram has 132 flats, while Jahangirpuri has 17. However, the circular’s opening paragraph mentions 133 flats at Loknayakpuram, taking the overall figure to 446. The annexure lists 132 flats there and gives the total as 445.
The tentative price range for flats at Loknayakpuram is Rs 1.14 crore to Rs 1.19 crore. At Jahangirpuri, the prices are estimated between Rs 93.42 lakh and Rs 1.13 crore. Narela offers the lowest price range, with flats costing between Rs 67.03 lakh and Rs 67.41 lakh.
The approximate plinth area, including common areas, ranges from 134.25 to 140.45 square metres at Loknayakpuram. At Jahangirpuri, it ranges from 64.04 to 99.73 square metres, while Narela flats range from 114.05 to 114.69 square metres. The final price will depend on each flat’s actual plinth area.
Applicants must pay a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of Rs 2,500 to register on the DDA Awaas Portal. Those already registered on the portal will not need to repeat the process. The booking amount for MIG flats has been fixed at Rs 4 lakh. Registration and booking will be conducted through the DDA Awaas Portal under the scheme’s name.
The DDA Awaas Nivesh Yojana 2026 brochure will govern the remaining terms and conditions.
The authority has also allowed interested buyers to inspect sample flats before deciding. At Loknayakpuram, the sample flat is located at D-G-2, ground floor, Block D, Pocket E. Site engineers have been designated to facilitate visits at all three locations. The tentative prices do not include maintenance, water connection or applicable conversion charges.
These will be payable separately at the time of issuance of demand-cum-allotment letters.
