In a bid to woo SC/STs students of Delhi University, former MlA and senior Congress leader Jai Kishan organised a rally in support of NSUI panel. Delhi Congress leader Ajay Maken and NSUI president Rosy Johan and several other leaders addressed students.
The rally began from Delhi University Metro Station and covered all the colleges of North Campus. Addressing students, Maken advised the students to follow the rules and regulations of DUSU.
He further said the students of other groups have got disheartened with the prospect of NSUI victory and therefore they can resort to malpractice in elections. He appealed to students to canvas for NSUI candidates and make them victorious in this year election.
Jai Kishan also addressed the students and said both the AAP and the BJP have not fulfilled the promises which they had made.
