The Delhi Police has received a complaint against British rock band Coldplay singer Chris Martin and all other singers of the band for allegedly insulting Indian National Flag during the Global Citizen Festival India.
According to sources, police have received a complaint from one Advocate Gaurav Gulati at the Roop Nagar police station of the North district dated November 19.
Police have registered case under Sections 107 (Abetment of a thing.), 120-B (Punishment of criminal conspiracy), 176 (Omission to give notice or information to public servant by person legally bound to give it) and 506 (Punishment for criminal intimidation) of the IPC and Insult to National honour Act 1971.
